Alisa & Lysandra’s Commitment to Orangutan Conservation: A Partnership with OFIA
At al.ive body, we’ve always believed in doing things differently. For founders Alisa and Lysandra Fraser, creating premium products has never been just about performance and design. It’s also about making choices that protect the planet and the wildlife that call it home.
We’re proud to share that Alisa and Lysandra have officially partnered with Orangutan Foundation International Australia (OFIA) as ambassadors, helping raise awareness for orangutan conservation and the importance of being palm oil free.
Orangutan Foundation International (OFI) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to protecting wild orangutans and preserving their rainforest habitat. Their work extends across conservation, research, education initiatives and advocacy, with a deep commitment to the welfare of all orangutans, whether wild, captive, or rehabilitated.
OFI operates Camp Leakey, a long standing orangutan research centre within Tanjung Puting National Park, and runs the Orangutan Care Centre and Quarantine facility in Pasir Panjang, home to more than 260 displaced orangutans. They also help manage the Lamandau Wildlife Reserve, where rehabilitated orangutans have been released back into the wild.
As many of you know, being 100% palm oil free has always been a core commitment of ours. Palm oil production remains one of the leading causes of habitat destruction for orangutans, and we believe small choices can create meaningful impact over time.
