This is a promotion run by al.ive body on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) inviting entrants to register for the chance to win the entire al.ive body Holiday Collection (the "Promotion").

2. Promoter

The Promoter is Al.ive Body Pty Ltd (ACN 635 011 960) of 539 Goodwood Road, Colonel Light Gardens SA 5041, Australia ("al.ive body", "we", "us" or "our"), contactable at hello@alivebody.com.au (the "Promoter").

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 Entrants must have a valid delivery address within Australia to be eligible to receive the Prize.

3.3 Employees, directors and officers of al.ive body, and the immediate families of any of the above, are not eligible to enter.

3.4 Employees and officers of agencies, contractors and suppliers associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4. Promotional Period

The Promotion opens at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday 20th October 2026 and entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period are invalid.

5. How to Enter

5.1 During the Promotional Period, eligible entrants must complete and submit the entry form linked from al.ive body's Facebook or Instagram advertisement, providing their full name, email address. Mobile phone is optional. .

5.2 Entrants must provide true, current and complete information. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or technically corrupted entries will be deemed invalid.

5.3 Only one entry per person is permitted, determined by unique email address. Multiple entries from the same entrant will be disqualified beyond the first valid entry.

5.4 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5.5 A link to these Terms and Conditions will be displayed on the entry form and included in, or linked from, each advertisement for the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are available at [insert URL].

6. The Prize

6.1 There is one Prize available to be won: the entire al.ive body Holiday Collection,comprising [Transformative Bathroom Duo $89, Reed Diffuser $59, Soy Candle $59.00, Hand Cream Cracker $27, Lip Butter Ornament $26, Hand & Lip Gift Set $49, Body Travel Ornament $29, Baby Travel Ornament $29], with a total recommended retail value of AUD $376 (incl. GST) as at 19 October 2026(the "Prize").

6.2 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

6.3 If the Prize (or any part of it) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

7.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place at al.ive body's Melbourne Office at Level 1, 569 Church Street, Richmond, VIC 3121 on Monday 9 November 2026. The draw will be conducted by electronic random selection, supervised by an employee of the Promoter who is not an entrant.

7.2 The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message to the contact details provided at entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 3, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner. Any such further draw will be conducted at the place stated in clause 7.1 on 9th November 2026  and the alternative winner will be notified and published in accordance with clauses 7.2 and 7.4.

7.4 The winner's first name and state/territory of residence will be published on alivebody.com.au and on al.ive body's Facebook and Instagram accounts from [insert date] and will remain published for at least 28 days.

7.5 The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

8. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be shipped to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address within 14 days of the winner confirming their details. The Promoter is not responsible for any Prize lost or delayed in transit once dispatched to the address provided by the winner.

9. Personal Information

9.1 By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to al.ive body collecting and using their personal information to conduct and administer the Promotion, including contacting the winner and fulfilling delivery of the Prize, in accordance with al.ive body's Privacy Policy (available at [insert direct Privacy Policy URL]). Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's entry form provider, email and SMS marketing platform, and delivery partners for the purposes of conducting the Promotion.

9.2 By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing emails from al.ive body. Entrants may separately opt in to receive SMS. Marketing communications are sent in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions

10.1 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept the Promoter's decisions as final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries, or for any technical failure, error or disruption to Meta platforms, the internet, or any telecommunications network beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

10.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10.5 The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.

10.6 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion. 10.7 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
