We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Sorry, but weΒ are unable to accept returned orders for a change of mind.

If the goods are damaged and we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment will be made by the same method that you used. All refunds are at the discretion ofΒ alivebody.com.au,Β and no refunds shall be issued for digital content products onceΒ purchased.Β
