I bought this product because my daughter had it and I fell in love with the scent. It is beautifully displayed with a stand to keep them together, plus they are colour coded with the cloths so you know instantly which cloth to use.

Love everything about this kit - the reusable bottle not only looks great but I like that I’m wasting less packaging. The cloth is cleverly designed with the coarse corner for those spots that need a little extra help to remove. The concentrate smells beautiful and does a great job at cleaning despite no harsh chemicals!

Sadly I have not received my items that I purchased online 3 weeks ago.
I emailed support and was assured that the items were listed as not delivered and a new order was being dispatched. Almost one week later and still no correspondence on a new order.

I use alive kitchen and bathroom range, and their customer service has been amazing! One of the pumps stopped working properly and they were happy to replace it. Good luck with other brands doing the same for you, because you're most having to throw it out and be left with all their refills so you're kind of forced to repurchase their bottle. And because I'm so happy with the alive body team I have decided to give their cleanring range a try too! I haven't used it much as I'm still going through my old cleaning products, but I did try and they do what they're supposed to do and smell and look high-end! I'm excited to make the complete switch!

Bought the kit specifically for the aesthetic appeal and it does look really nice in the bathroom and doesn't need to be stored away hidden in the laundry. The multi purpose spray is fantastic for my counter tops and the only thing I've used that doesn't leave streaks and the glass cleaner is brilliant too. Don't need to go over the mirrors with a separate dry cloth to get rid of any streaks. So happy with this purchase.
