All orders placed Monday – Friday before 1pm ACST will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please be aware in peak sale times, there may be a slight delay for dispatch.

Tracking and shipping confirmations are processed through our warehouse once the order has been dispatched.  If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 24hrs we ask that you contact us via hello@alivebody.com.au

If you do not think you will be home during standard delivery hours we highly recommend you select authority to leave for your order.  We ask that you give detailed notes, such as how to enter your property or where to leave your item if applicable. As we use courier services to deliver a great deal of our orders, failure to deliver or collect items can result in your order being returned to sender.  Please note al.ive body is not responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery.

For products purchased through an al.ive body stockist, returns must be organised through the place of purchase. Please note returns policy of al.ive body items within these stores is at the discretion of the given stores returns policy.

If your order has arrived damaged please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a replacement. Please note, to organise a replacement we require images of the damaged items. al.ive body is only responsible for replacing the items that have been damaged during transit, not your entire order. You will not be responsible for any costs involving the delivery of replacement items.
