please email us via hello@al.ivebody.com.au, please note we will require images and a description of the fault to process your request.
If your item is deemed faulty, we can offer you either a product replacement or full refund. al.ive body reserves the right to select which outcome either refund or replacement best suits your situation. Refunds will be processed promptly to the same method that you made payment. Please note it may be requested that the product is returned to al.ive body, if this is the case, al.ive body will cover any costs involved with returned shipping due to product fault.
