If items within your order are faulty in any way we will do our upmost to help resolve this issue promptly. If you have experienced a fault within your al.ive. body products please email us via hello@al.ivebody.com.au, please note we will require images and a description of the fault in order to process your request.
If your item is deemed faulty we are able to offer you either a product replacement or full refund. Refunds will be processed promptly to the same method that you made payment. Please note it may be requested that the product is returned to al.ive body, if this is the case, al.ive body will cover any costs involved with returned shipping due to product fault.
